Ziwani is a by-product of the great woe. As an aftermath of World war (II), Italian Prisoners of War (P.OW.) did the hard work of tranforming a ziwa into a housing estate for the British colonial government.

Here in, we share sights and sounds from those early days to the current. The third generation is in their mid-life at present. Generation Y and the next might enjoy a newer look and a better housing project in the near future. So, only pictures can tell our tale unlike no other historian, given our community archives are the old generation 'brain-box'.
